At YuFeng Inc, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality heavy-duty truck brake components. We understand that sometimes returns may be necessary, and we have established this fair and transparent return policy to ensure your satisfaction.

This return policy applies to all purchases made directly from YuFeng Inc through our website, email, or phone. If you have any questions about this policy, please contact our customer service team before initiating a return.

Important: All returns require a pre-authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 30 calendar days of the delivery date
  • The item must be unused, uninstalled and in new condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all labels, tags and accessories included
  • The item must not be damaged, scratched or modified in any way
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice or receipt)
  • You must have obtained a valid RMA number from our customer service team

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:

Contact Customer Service

Email us at yufenginc@yeah.net or call us at +14757550066 to request an RMA number. Please provide your order number, item details and reason for return.

Receive RMA Number

Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a unique RMA number within 24-48 hours. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of your return package.

Package Your Item

Carefully package the item in its original packaging along with all accessories, manuals and documentation. Include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation inside the package.

Ship Your Return

Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.

Refund Policy

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, we will provide a full refund including shipping costs or send you a replacement at no additional charge.

Customer-Initiated Returns

For returns due to customer reasons (wrong part ordered, changed mind, etc.), we will refund the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged or incorrect. We also offer exchanges for customers who ordered the wrong part, subject to the following conditions:

  • Exchanges must be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery
  • The original item must be returned in new, unused condition with all packaging
  • For exchanges due to customer error, the customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways
  • If the replacement item is more expensive, the customer will be charged the difference
  • If the replacement item is less expensive, we will issue a refund for the difference

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Custom-made or special-order items
Items that have been installed or used
Items damaged due to improper installation
Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
Items returned without original packaging
Items returned after the 30-day return period
Items returned without a valid RMA number
Clearance or sale items (marked as final sale)

Warranty Information

In addition to our return policy, all YuFeng Inc products come with a comprehensive manufacturer's warranty:

  • Standard Warranty: 12 months / 100,000 miles from the date of purchase
  • Premium Product Warranty: 18 months / 150,000 miles from the date of purchase
  • The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse or accidents

For warranty claims, please contact our customer service team with your order number, product details and photos of the defective item. We will guide you through the warranty claim process.
